This billet rear crank seal housing plate is designed to work on all 1989-2002 5.9 Cummins engines. So, this means it will work with your VE 12 valve, P-Pump 12 valve, and VP44 24 valve engines, or any other applications with these same engines/blocks. This kit includes a new housing/plate gasket, as well as a new main/crank seal with installation tool.
