The 2019-2024 AS69RC is only found in the Ram 3500-5500 with the 6.7L diesel

many of these trucks are modified and therefore require a performance transmission to help deliver this power to the road. The AS69RC is susceptible to excessive spline wear on the K2 hub, which has been corrected with our nitride billet hub. Additionally, a billet K3 drum is used to allow for increased durability and strength. Friction counts have been increased in K2, K3 and B1 clutch packs to improve transmission torque capacity. frictions in all BD AS69s have been custom-selected to maintain smooth reliable shift quality. Leak-prone factory cork gaskets on the pan and PTO have been replaced with improved nitrile gaskets to seal up the new BD Deep Pan. The Towmaster Aisin includes an OE style ProForce torque converter.
