The S&S Diesel Motorsport DCR Pump Conversion replaces the factory Bosch CP4.2 high-pressure fuel pump in 2011–2025 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke trucks with a purpose-built, more durable DCR high-pressure fuel pump.
Developed by S&S Diesel Motorsport and PurePower Technologies, the DCR is designed as a direct-fit solution with OE-style fit and function. Unlike a disaster prevention kit designed to contain debris after a CP4 failure, the DCR conversion removes the factory CP4 from the equation entirely.

Built for Reliability
The factory CP4 has become a major concern for 6.7L Power Stroke owners because a catastrophic pump failure can send metal debris throughout the high-pressure fuel system, potentially damaging the injectors, rails, lines and other components.
The DCR takes a different approach to protecting your truck: replace the CP4 altogether.
Its 1,250 mm³/revolution displacement provides approximately 25% more fuel delivery than the CP4.2 while maintaining an output curve compatible with the factory engine management system. That means the conversion does not require ECU calibration changes for installation.
